Get our best Light Roast coffees of the season.

- Currently, we only have the Colombian Pink Bourbon available. :) 
- Light roast subs will occasionally get free samples of various coffees that I'm testing out!

These are our highest quality coffees and we aim to highlight their natural acidity and sweetness.

Great for pour over, drip, and immersion brewers.

For pour over, I use a simple recipe:

20g of coffee with 300g of water.
5 x 60g pours (roughly every 30 seconds)

Espresso may be a bit more difficult but worth the effort for a fruity and chocolatey cappuccino. If you're struggling, grind coarser and pull a longer shot. Like 1:3 ratio in 30 seconds.
