I LOVE the flavor. However, it dissipates quickly and is a tad too acidic for me. I've actually been sprinkling a tiny bit of dark roast (Colectivo - Black & Tan) into the Aeropress and it comes out lovely. I'll probably still buy at least one more pound.
These coffees are too good. I run out and automatically want more so I am just going to sign up for a subscription.
This one is a great v60 pour over. And if you’re brown like me and ready for mango season, this light roast pairs perfectly with the golden fruit!
New to coffee and light roasts in general. Really tasty cup comes from these beans!
This coffee tasted so good and fresh! I fished it so fast because it was that good. Highly recommend!
