This blend is easy to dial in for espresso and makes shots that are sweet and syrupy.
It’s also great for all your favorite brew methods (drip, moka pot, French press). It’s a real crowd pleaser that’s great on its own and mixes perfectly with milk.

Signed up for the espresso subscription and I’ve already had/enjoyed a few bags of the light roast. But I’m so glad I finally got to try this one. Absolutely fantastic! I could drink both espresso blends for the rest of my life and be happy.
I've been ordering Peacemaker from Colectivo in Milwaukee for quite some time. When they canceled the bean/roast, I had no other bean as default. Luckily, Instagram is a 'peeping Tom', trying to learn all my thoughts and desires and kept showing me "The Brown Barista". So, I followed. What do you know? He has his own beans and NOW...? I recently tried this coffee, sourced from Ethiopia, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were incredibly vibrant and layered, with fruity and chocolate notes that showcased the distinct Ethiopian profile. The balance was perfect – bright acidity with a smooth, almost tea-like body, making each sip a refreshing experience. You can tell a lot of care went into the sourcing and roasting, allowing the unique characteristics of Ethiopian beans to really shine. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore premium coffee!

Beautifully roasted coffee! This is the fourth(?) coffee I’ve tried from Brown Barista and once again I’m left very impressed with the quality and taste. Such a great coffee for both filter and espresso.
