This is an intense and flavorful coffee that is a real crowd pleaser.
Tasting Notes:
Plum, Red Berries, Creamy Dark Chocolate
Components:
1/3 Field Blend Kenya (washed)
1/3 Pink Bourbon from Colombia (washed)
1/3 Field Blend from Guatemala (washed)
Roasted just dark enough to bring out the chocolatey flavors but still keep some mild floral and fruity notes.

Dark roasts are my preferred bean for my home machine, and these are no exception. After I got them dialed in, I have been able to get some really good consistent shots with the beans. The roast is consistent and haven't seen any issues with the beans.

Took me a few tries to get the beans dialed in, but I'm really enjoying this roast. Normally I lean toward darker roasts because they are a little more forgiving. These are great in milk drinks and on their own.

This one is a great v60 pour over. And if you’re brown like me and ready for mango season, this light roast pairs perfectly with the golden fruit!

i keep buying this espresso blend and postponing my other subscriptions for few months now. Its absolutely perfect for anything espresso based. I usually make flat whites with it but drinking straight espressos and delicious too
