Like c’mon how’s that even possible? This dark side hits the spot. So smooth and balanced. I’ve been averaging 3-4 lattes a day and I look forward to each and every one thanks to these beans.
I was subscribed to the espresso beans for a while but I wanted to try something different so I’m glad he came out with these dark side beans! I prefer med-dar or dark roast coffees cuz I like a strong coffee flavor and usually make espresso for lattes. These made the best tasting coffee ever! The aroma and flavor of the dark chocolate was prominent. I’m sure I’d get more of the berry aroma as a pour over, which I plan to try next! I’ve switched my subscription to these beans and look forward to using this often (:

I can’t decide which way is my favourite to have it between espresso or cortado. You can really taste the notes and enjoy a delicious cup (or cups) of coffee!!

I recently tried this coffee, sourced from Ethiopia, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were incredibly vibrant and layered, with fruity and chocolate notes that showcased the distinct Ethiopian profile. The balance was perfect – bright acidity with a smooth, almost tea-like body, making each sip a refreshing experience. You can tell a lot of care went into the sourcing and roasting, allowing the unique characteristics of Ethiopian beans to really shine. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore premium coffee!

Beautifully roasted coffee! This is the fourth(?) coffee I’ve tried from Brown Barista and once again I’m left very impressed with the quality and taste. Such a great coffee for both filter and espresso.
